Haha, man has it been forever since the last time I've written in this.  I bet ya'll miss my duper long stories don't ya'll.  I know I do.  Lol.  I was hoping to get one in here earlier but I've been lacking in flow.  It's not like I don't have anything to write about.  It's just; I can't find the one piece of inspiration.  So, instead of writing a story, I'll just write a duper long entry. =D

So, my summer was okay this year.  Actually, it was one of my best summers.  Even though I only went on one vacation, it was still one of the best.  Initially, my summer really sucked.  I was working two jobs and my hours were crazy.  I had 15+ hrs almost everyday.  I also went out a lot too.  I missed hanging out with my friends.  I guess that hanging out with them and working my hrs made me tired.  It was like a daily torture everyday.  I would go to work and then afterwards, I would head out with my friends.  There would be times that I would be so tired that I would just crash at their place and nap for an hour or two.  Yeah, it was that bad.  But shush, don’t tell my family I did so.  Lol.  After a month of torture, I called quits on one of the jobs.  I was still working fulltime though.  My pay wasn’t all that great but the job wasn’t hard either.  It was just the waking up at three in the morning that was hard.  Oh, I was still tired like crap though.  I think it was because I let go of the wrong job.  Yeah, I know.  How smart am I? =P I kept the tiring job for a reason though.  I was helping out a family member.  I was expecting to work there for the remainder of the summer but things happened.  My life has a huge dark cloud over it right now and I’m waiting for the day it passes.  I know it’s not anytime soon either.

Moving on, I don’t want to make this entry to gloomy.  Anyways, my trip to Florida, it was duper awesome.  I went to a place called Destin.  It was a gorgeous place.  It had white beaches, clear blue water, and perfect weather.  I had nothing to complain about.  My friends were with me too.  We had a blast, even though it was only a four day road trip.  It was super cheap too.  I spent less than three bills on that trip.  Yeah, I know, cheap.  Lol.  The trip up and back was pretty fun too.  I was in the cool van.  We were goofing off like crazy.  We were doing silly little dance moves to rap music and talking about random stuff.  Only time it would get boring was when it neared night time.  That’s when I got hypnotized by the headlights going by and fell asleep when I said I wasn’t.  Lol.  I remember the first night.  I said that I was going to stay up to keep my friend company and not let him sleep.  Well, it didn’t happen.  Damn those headlights.  Lol.  Anywho, my friend was falling asleep behind the wheel and we were swerving.  The other van thought we were messing around.  Lol.  Good thing nothing bad happened.  Anyways, after we got to Destin, the first thing we did was head to a McDonalds.  Lol.  Boy was it good.  McDonald breakfast is the best.  I had like three hash browns, two biscuit, sausage and eggs, and a plate of pancakes.  It was a good way to start the day.  Plus it was good to get up and stretch.  Riding in a car for 10 hrs straight can be painful, even when you are having fun.  Anyways, we got back into our vans and headed towards the resort.  Our condo was way in the resort.  I mean, it was way in the back but it was a nice condo.  Once we brought in all our stuff, we drew names for the rooms.  Of course, only the couples got the rooms.  That excluded me. =/ I didn’t mind though.  I had my handy air mattress.  Haha, I didn’t even sleep on that.  I slept on the coach for the first two nights.  Lol.  O’well, it’s all good.  After we drew names, the majority of us knocked out.  It was me , Mike, Christina, Anthony, and Lan that were still awake.  We decided to head straight to the beach.  It was around eight when we left.  Once we got there, I was just in awe.  There was white sand and clear blue water.  Boy was I jealous.  The weather was super nice too.  Anyways, we played in the water for about three hrs and laid on the beach for about an hour.   I stayed in the water a little longer than the others because SOMEBODY just had to want a little fishy.  Lol.  After the beautiful morning at the beach, we headed to the super market for food.  For the first night, I really didn’t make anything.  All we bought was junk food and such.  I ended up as the chef for this trip.  Haha I bet ya’ll wish ya’ll were there now.  Lol.  We also bought a lot of fruits and junk food.  Ehem, not to mention the case of corona for the night. I didn’t forget about the Captain either. =P It was only mild fun.  Nothing over the limit, or at least I thought so.  We played this game called “Seven.”  A pretty well thought up game to get people tipsy.  Basically, you’re counting and for any number relating to seven or a multiple of seven, you clap and the order of counting is reversed.  I admit, I messed up a few times in the beginning but I got used to it and the girls were the only ones messing up in the end.  I think the highest number we got to was either ninety-one or ninety-eight.  It was fun though, lots of laughs.  Afterwards, the girls tripped their way into bed early and the guys stayed up for poker.  And for once, I won.  I didn’t come in third or second, I actually won a game.  I got about fifty bucks from that game and came in second in a couple of others.  I came out with quite a bit.  Mike came out with more though.  He was first in almost all the games we played.  We played until six in the morning.  That’s when all the girls started to wake up to go shopping.  Apparently, there was a super 75% discount at a Coach store.  Good thing I wasn’t dating anyone.  I don’t think I would be coming out of the summer with any money.  Lol.  Actually, Christina was good and so was Hai Lam.  They didn’t get anything.  Anyways, the guys went to sleep during this time.  I took a quick hour nap too.  I woke up and prepared breakfast.  I made breakfast burritos.  Too bad the girls weren’t there.  They were good.  Afterwards, the girls came back and we all prepared for a day at the beach.  This time, we went swimming near the Destin Bridge.  It wasn’t as clean and pretty as near the coast but it was still better than TX.  We had to work to get there too.  My calves were burning by the time we got to where we wanted to be.  Fine sand is hard to walk on after awhile.  I had to take a break before I got into the water.  Lol.  It was a little cold that day but it was still a good day.  I went snorkeling for a good while.  I collected a few hermits for the girls.  A certain two (Who will remain anonymous) started to give them names from the Harry Potter series.  We got it all on video too.  Not to be mean but we were laughing our butts off.  Austin, Mike and I were literally rolling in the sand with laughter.  I’m debating if I want to post it after I get the rest of the Destin photos.  I’m sure ya’ll crack up too.  We even buried Yvonne in the sand.  At first, the girls were shaping her to have big boobs but me and Austin changed that after awhile.  It was his idea though.  We shaped her in a penis with balls, her head being the head of course.  Lol.  We took pictures of that too.  I even sat on her, lightly.  She would have kicked my butt if I sat on her hard.  Hmm, for some reason that didn’t come out right. =P Nearing evening, we packed up our gear and headed back to the condo.  We split up though.  I went with half the crew to the groceries for more food.  The others went back before us.  We bought ground beef, mushrooms, onions, fruits, and lots of junk food.  I was making burgers the next day.  Anyways, we hurried home in hopes that the others put the lasagnas in the oven.  To our disappointment, they didn’t.  I hurriedly put them in and got the oven going.  It took forever to cook.  We didn’t get to eat until an hour and a half later.  At least the garlic bread was quicker.  Lol.  We drank some more and watched soccer on television.  The night ended well.  Almost everyone knocked out early.  It was only a select few that stayed up.  Umm, it was me, Mike, Christina, Anthony, Lan, Hai Lam and Hai Thi.  We went to the beach again that night.  It was around midnight when we went.  Surprisingly, there were quite a few people that were as crazy as us.  We watched a decent fireworks show and enjoyed a long casual conversation.  We even got our feet wet.  We buried our feet into the sand and had a contest to see who could stand the longest against the waves.  They were pretty strong that night.  Of course, silly me had to fall down first.  I did this weird wavy thing with my body too.  It was quite funny now that I think about it.  I think Mike caught me on camera.  Lol.  Anyways, after awhile, we headed back to the condo but we were pretty much wired by then.  We couldn’t go to sleep.  So, we all headed to Anthony and Lan’s room to goof off.  OMG, we were so loud.  I swear, we probably woke up the whole house.  We knew Di and Sally woke up because they came out with weird faces.  Lol.  We even played pranks on some of the others.  For example, turning on the lights while they were sleeping and dragging my AIR BED into the GIANT’s room.  It was fun though.  That night was a night full of hard laughter.  The remainder of the night, we told ghost stories, ate pizza and blueberry waffles, and played poker.  Now that I think about it, I didn’t get that much sleep on the trip.  Lol.
